Located above Norman’s American Bar & Grill is a North Beach gem,

Norman’s Hotel. Since 1970 Norman’s Hotel has been a hidden secret in Miami Beach for those in the know. Situated right on Collins Ave across from the Canyon Ranch development and steps away from beach access, Norman’s Hotel provides tourists and locals alike a great value in accommodations.

The Hotel consists of 29 studio rooms. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, Color television with basic cable, a full size bed and  furnishings, microwave oven, and full size refridgerator. Most rooms have clean white tile or hardwood floors, large walk in closets and large baths with tubs. Free Wi-FI access is included in every room. We pride ourselves on being an extremely good value in short term stays. There are no contracts, taxes are included, and we only ask for a $200 deposit. If you are in between homes and need a flexible place for one or two months we are the solution. If you are looking for a longer term vacation but do not want to pay the excessive prices of South Beach hotels, we can fit the bill.

Rates are as follows:

Single occupancy Basic - $250/week or $800/month

Double occupancy Basic - $275/week or $900/month

Seasonal rates from November 15th - June 1st

Single occupancy Basic - $275/week or $900/month

Double occupancy Basic - $300/week or $950/month

Daily Rates are not currently available

We require only a $200 deposit plus your first week or months rent to move in. $25 goes towards a cleaning fee.
